Shipping and Returns Information

Our terms are PayPal or Credit Card only. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

ICD ships F.O.B. via UPS ground or US Postal Service. UPS service is not available to Canada. Ground, Three-Day, Second-Day, and Next-Day shipments are available. You will be billed for shipping and handling.

Warranty services/products must be shipped to ICD first before a warranty service or replacement will be shipped out. ICD will inspect the defective part and determine the cause of the defect. Contact information must be provided with every shipment to ICD, within the packaging of the shipment.

There are no returns after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. There are no restocking fees on exchanged items. Shipping and/or COD charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and original packaging.

Technical support is available over the phone. Please call (208) 468-0446 for service. Technical support hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday MT. We generally close at 3:00 p.m. MT on Friday during the summer.

Pricing and shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. The current price list supercedes all previous pricing. Quantities of some products may be limited.  We will not accept backorders if the product restocking is longer than 2 weeks.

Warranty

Indian Creek Design uses only the finest quality materials for all of our products. Indian Creek Design, Inc. warranties all products for a full 12 months, both parts and labor.

Indian Creek Design, Inc. warrants the replacement of any original part due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product. This warranty will be in effect for twelve (12) months for parts and twelve (12) months for labor following the original date of purchase for the original purchaser. Such warranty service will be provided only if the warranty registration card has been filled out completely and is on file at Indian Creek Design, Inc. All other service will be duly charged for and returned via UPS Prepaid.

Indian Creek Design, Inc. will replace without charge any original part determined by Indian Creek Design, Inc. to be defective under the terms of this warranty. However, shipping charges are not covered hereunder. Failure due to an accident, abuse, neglect, modification, normal wear, maintenance by other than an authorized Indian Creek Design, Inc. dealer or technician, or use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the product as sold, is not covered by this warranty.

There are no other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, made by Indian Creek Design, Inc. on this product. The sole and exclusive liability of Indian Creek Design, Inc., and/or its authorized dealers, affiliates, or agents pursuant to this warranty will be for repair or replacement of the defective part. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded hereunder.

Indian Creek Design, Inc., its authorized dealers, affiliates, or agents, will not be liable under this warranty, nor under any state or federal law, or the common law or otherwise for any damage or failure, including personal injury, resulting from such use and/or alteration. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
